Background
The Alzheimer’s Resource Center is a Connecticut-based non-profit with a national reputation for dementia care. They came to Signature seeking a strategy to grow and build awareness of their service offering.
Solution
Signature suggested marketing the Center’s services in a completely different way; instead of marketing the services within a generalized disease-specific model, Signature recommended marketing ARC’s services as a continuum of services, each appropriate for a different disease state – emphasizing the particular model of care as a patient transitioned through different stages of the disease. Then Signature executed an integrated marketing communications strategy communicating this differentiating model of care to all appropriate audiences.

Today, US News and World Report ranks the Alzheimer’s Resource Center among the ‘Best of the Best Nursing Homes’ out of more than 15,000 facilities nationwide.
